This song is stuck in my head today. It has no context, just the result of some stray neuron in my head creating a connection where there wouldn’t normally be.

I used to live within 15 miles of an Ameristar Casino, so seeing this commercial fly around the internet made me a tiny bit homesick for the Omaha, Nebraska area. I got over it though.

Now I feel like finding my NES and playing some of the games whose sounds I recognize.

I still feel bad that Captain Borodin in The Hunt For Red October didn’t get to see Montana. But at least he got to see a bunch of cool CGI dinos a couple years later.

I go through this on a daily basis.
